Anaís Ramos serves as a Law Clerk at Contreras Edin Law, where she assists with a wide range of immigration cases, including asylum applications, removal defense proceedings before Immigration Court, cancellation of removal (42B), family-based petitions, U visas, adjustment of status applications, and other immigration matters. Her work focuses on providing accurate and compassionate legal support, ensuring that each client receives personalized, effective, and attentive assistance tailored to their individual circumstances throughout every stage of their immigration process.

Originally from Venezuela, Anaís earned her law degree in her home country. She later continued her education in Panama, where she obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Marketing and a Postgraduate Specialization in Senior Management. She has lived in the United States since 2019, an experience that has given her a deeper understanding, both personally and professionally, of the challenges faced by individuals seeking to build a new life in this country.

Her legal education and administrative experience are reflected in her daily work, where she actively participates in preparing immigration applications, drafting affidavits, preparing legal documents, and organizing case files for submission to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR). She also assists in preparing cases for Immigration Court, working closely with the firm's attorneys throughout the various stages of legal proceedings. Anaís combines her technical knowledge with a genuine dedication to service, empathy, and commitment—qualities that strengthen the legal team and help build trust with clients.

As part of her professional goals, Anaís plans to pursue a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in the United States to deepen her legal knowledge and continue advancing her career in immigration law.
